Solar Panel Production Line overview:
Before the lamination: glass loading area, EVA loading area, typesetting, bus soldering area, EVA and backplane loading area, pre-layer EL/VI inspection and repair area, stack (production line component caching process), conveyor system.
After lamination: trimming and gluing and framing area, junction box welding and gluing area, curing line, cleaning and testing area, binning area, conveyor system.
Function Description & Equipment
1. Automatic layup machine
Function: automatically grab the battery string and place it on the glass that has been properly positioned (the device includes the glass automatic alignment positioning function).
2. Trinity solar framing machine
Function: The system is mainly composed of border gluing machine, border automatic frame manipulator and automatic frame loading machine. It is used to install the aluminum frame and automatically overflow glue.
3. EL tester
Function: EL testers are often used to detect internal defects, hidden cracks, fragments, cold solder joints, broken grids, and abnormal phenomena of single-chip cells.
4. Double Chamber Laminator
Function: Suitable for solar cell module workshop, automatic feed to feed table, completing heating/vacuuming/pressurizing/charging lamination process.
5. Solar tabber stringer machine
Function: Fully automatic welding machine for welding photovoltaic solar cells and photovoltaic ribbons in series.
