What payment methods do you accept?
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): Safe for most orders; L/C (Letter of Credit): Great for large orders; PayPal/Xtransfer: Fast for small samples.
Is a deposit required? What if I cancel after paying?
A deposit (30%-50%) is needed for production. If no production has started, 80%-90% of the deposit is refundable. If production has started or completed, no refund is available, but specifications can be adjusted.
How long does it take to ship?
In-stock standard products: 3-7 days. Out-of-stock standard products: 30-45 days production. Custom products: 45-60 days production.
What is the warranty coverage?
Most equipment comes with a 1-year warranty. The PV Trackless Cleaning Robot is covered for 1 year or 3000 hours of operation.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard products (PV Railed/Trackless): MOQ 1 set. Large equipment: MOQ 2 sets. Custom products: MOQ 3 sets.
Do you provide after-sales support?
Yes, we have engineers available to service machinery overseas to ensure smooth operation and maintenance.
