What is the requirement for DIY battery assembly?
DIY battery packs must have cells balanced (same voltage) before assembly. Professionals detect voltage, resistance, and appearance before shipment. We ensure the single battery is good upon arrival.
What happens if products are damaged during shipping?
Please contact us immediately with pictures or videos. In case of loss or severe damage that prevents use, we will communicate to resend, replace, or refund the product cost.
Do you test batteries before shipping?
Yes. Capacity tests have less than 2% margin of error. Voltage deviation is less than 0.01V and resistance deviation is less than 0.05mΩ.
Are busbars and bolts included?
Yes, cells come with busbars and bolts or studs for free. Each battery includes 1 piece of busbar and 2 pieces of bolts/studs.
What situations are not eligible for return or refund?
Problems arising after or during assembly (e.g., wrong wiring burning the protection board, unbalanced assembly) or damage caused by charging without a BMS are not eligible.
How do I place an order for Ready-to-Ship (RTS) products?
For RTS products with clear shipping costs, you can place the order and pay directly. RTS orders are given priority in shipping.
