Made of high-quality q235 steel, it has good shaping and welding capabilities. The welding joint of the light pole has been closely processed, and every process must be ground. After three QC inspections, the next process can be carried out without missing solder leak soldering.
The lamp pole is treated with hot-dip galvanized, high-temperature immersion, and a dense zinc layer to effectively resist oxygen and chemical corrosion, especially in coastal areas. The spraying process adds a tight paint layer for long-lasting durability.
The batteries are made of high-quality a-grade lithium iron phosphate and ternary lithium batteries. They have been strictly screened and tested. Lithium iron phosphate has a higher cycle life, reaching about 2000 times compared to 500 times for ternary lithium.
Ternary lithium batteries are highly suitable for northern climates, while lithium iron phosphate batteries are more suitable for southern regions. Both options provide reliable energy storage for consistent lighting.
The lamp shell plays a critical role in heat dissipation and waterproof/dustproof functions. It is generally made of die-cast aluminum. Thicker materials ensure stronger structural integrity and better thermal management.
We utilize high-power lamp beads which offer slower light decay and a significantly longer lifespan compared to standard SMD beads, ensuring the brightness remains consistent over years of use.
