What is the typical production time?
Samples take 1-2 days, while mass production generally requires 7-15 days depending on the order quantity.
Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) limit?
There is no MOQ for current stock products (1pc for testing is available). For ODM/OEM items, an MOQ is required due to technical and material reasons.
Can I request a free sample?
Standard samples from our showroom are free (shipping costs to be covered by the client). Customized samples involve a sample charge.
How long does shipping take?
Sample orders via DHL/FedEx take 3-5 days. Bulk orders via sea freight typically take 15-30 days depending on the destination port.
