How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or Air, taking 4-6 days. For larger orders, sea freight is the most cost-effective option.
Can you print the client's logo on the lamps and cartons?
Yes. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design based on our sample.
What is the warranty for the products?
Generally, we supply a 2, 3, or 5-year warranty depending on your selection.
How do you handle faulty products?
Our products have a strict quality control system with a defective rate under 0.1%. We provide free replacement parts or refunds if quality issues occur.
